This workshop will provide an introduction to the seven primary chakras or spiritual energy centers within the body. The balance (or lack thereof) in these energy centers is reflected in all aspects of our lives. Information pertaining to the focus and corresponding aspects of life will be discussed for each chakra. Then, through a series of mindful yoga postures specifically designed for each chakra, participants will enhance their state of health and well-being.
